· Dog must complete a brief interview process

· Dog must be 4 months of age or older

· Dog must be spayed or neutered if over 6 months of age

· Dog must be current on Rabies, Distemper and Bordatella vaccinations

· Dog must have a negative fecal exam by Zinc Solphate Centrifugation testing for intestinal  parasites, including Giardia, within the last 30 days prior to first visit with update annually.

· Dog must be in good health, flea/tick free and have heartworm medication

· Dog must not be aggressive

· Dog must have a completed Pet Care Agreement

· If your dog is not picked up in the time frame you have given us for pick up you agree to allow us to continue housing and boarding you dog at your expense.  If your pet is not picked up within 10 days of the expected pick up date you agree to allow us to take you dog to animal control.  You will also be liable for all fees incurred during this time including but not limited to court cost and reasonable attorney fees in the collection of the charges.
